TRAINEE PERFORMANCE ANALYST/ CONSULTANT (one post)

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• No prior work experience required
• Must be fluent in both Setswana and English (speak, read and write)
• Statistics, Business, Finance degree or similar, with a desire to study CIPM, CAIA, CFP or CFA
• Financial Service experience will be an added advantage
• Computer literate; specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of investment management industry, global economic environment is not a prerequisite but would be an added advantage
• Must have traceable references

TRAINEE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CONSULTANT (one post)

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experiences:

• No prior work experience required
• Must be fluent in both Setswana and English (speak, read and write)
• Degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting
• Economics, Commerce, Investments or related field
• Intermediate certificate in Insurance Studies and Investments will be an added advantage
• Computer literate; specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration environments is not a prerequisite but would be an added advantage
• Must have traceable references
